Slade 3 can't convert sounds to OGG, you need something like Audacity.

EDIT: I have Audacity, so I could do it for you, if you like.

ANOTHER EDIT: Here's the Heavy Machinegun with OGG Sounds. Again, I hope I'm not being presumptious, and if you're not happy with it, HellcatX, I'll remove it.
