Very nicely done. I like the alt fire. Makes it like a Sawed Off >:3

EDIT: Should have looked at the Shotgun before this one but anyway. You should also add that shaking/recoil thing to this one too. But more powerful.

I would think so. More powerful recoil for when you shoot both barrels at once and weaker recoil when you shoot them one at a time.

Looks okay, but sounds need to be ogg format (isn't it using sounds already included in Doom2.wad? If so, just remove them), sprites need to be PNG (if it's just an edit of the SSG, why recolor the sprites, by the way?) and info and credits need to be put in the wad.

Also, go with the version with no recoil. That's just annoying.
