I'd say the balance is perfect, now! A bit heavy-hitting, but hard to get them to hit anything specific. I'll approve as soon as the explosion graphic issue is resolved.

Speaking of that, try getting the original sprites from Hexen and converting those to png, using the Hexen palette (converting to whatever palette you want to use).
