Ok, here is my work so far, still a long way to go
I´ve tested it on a .pk3 file and it work nice, but the file is too big to post it here...

I´ve encountered a couple of issues, i don´t know if i can call them "problems". The fact is that the sprites name for the bruiserdemon is "BRUS" and the sprite names for the cybruiser (the one from the bestiary section, NOT the one from Zpack and stronghold) is ALSO "BRUS" (The cybruiser from Zpack and stronghold is "BRU2") you cannot put both demons in a custom map withou having some kind of problem, i did the brightmaps for the cybruiser for the zpack and str version. The same thing goes for the Bloodfiend and the NightmareDemon their sprite are called "SAR2" for both. Finally but i think lesser is the chaingunmajor, the one from the bestiary is called "CPS2" and the one from KDIZD is "CPOS" same as the heavy weapon dude from doo2, why having different name for the same enemy i wonder...

Just chance I guess, by different authors, so lump conflicts are possible. It would be very easy to simply change one of the monsters sprite names and code and reupload.

The Chaingun Major was originally simply a sprite replacement to fill in for lack of Former Commando in Doom.

In this case, it would be a good idea to include the brightmaps with each monster, rather than one single pack. With one single pack of brightmaps for all of these monsters, the issue is more obvious.

Well... I´m nearly finishing a .pk3 file with all the brightmaps (for SOME monsters, not all of course). At this point i can´t even imagine how to put the brightmaps with each monsters, when i finish i´ll post it here and maybe someone will do it.

Stupid question... if the brightmap pack i making will be for download (which honestly i don´t think it will be aproved), is the whosoever who can modify this site´s work putting the brightmaps for each monsters??
