I've been playing around a bit with the latest version, and TBH, the Flesh Wizard isn't really cutting it in this context. As much as I love the idea of the monster (I was the one who put him in, after all :P ), it just doesn't seem to be working in the map, since the few areas he's used in are more frustrating than fun.

Would anyone have any qualms if I removed him from the wad? The Vore kinda fills the "late-game Hell monster" niche well enough and I'll replace the earlier Fleshwizard encounters with Hell Warriors instead, since they fit the MUSIC2 segment pretty well. Thoughts on this?

I agree with you on that, no problem to cut the Fleshwizard

Seems fitting, they were a bit frustrating to deal with to be honest.

Suspiciously absent? Or has he just temporarily vanished, silently stalking, and may reappear at any moment to wreck your shit?

:P

Out of curiosity, can you post a wad with the latest version of it (if it's different from the version on the Beastiary)? I wanted to take a look at it; it sounds like my kind of bastardly monster. :P

it would be kinda cool if you had this slow moving invisible and invincible monster roaming the map, while also has no-clip, maybe on a hard difficulty to keep players on the edge of their seats :-P
