I noticed something odd when having a look at the map in DB.
Most (all?) of the monsters and items which are flagged to not appear on certain skill levels are set as if only the first 3 skill levels existed. Good examples are the room filled with shotgun guys and a hell knight at [-3456,1152] and the arachnotrons inside the gatekeeper fort.
Thing is, Skill 1 (as seen in the editor) is "I'm too young to die." skill. It seems like that wasn't taken into account, and it was treated as Easy skill.
Was this intentional?
Edit: well, it's hardly "all" of them. But still rather a lot... that just confuses me more.

Considering that this is the "gameplay" phase as well, some of these things haven't even been touched yet I guess. Feel free to improve it
