In my eyes the texture choice in this area is a bit chaotic and without any rules and also not consistent to the rest of the map. Clean (destructed) silver textures next to dirty floors and metal just looks strange. Go for one stlye but not for two. If you wanna have a clean area, compare this one to the lab with the marine dolls, if you want a dirty room, compare it to the rest of the map.

I can see the flats changing near the destroyed SILVER, but I'm a bit wary about having someone overhaul the area and make it too monotonous.

It seems that someone (Jimmy? Or was it you, Torm? :P ) snuck through and changed the flats at some point. Should be closable now, I think. ;)
