Would it be okay to have the "Home - Repository - Forum" links present on the forum header as well? (Well, "Forum" would be there more for consistency than any other reason.)
Is it possible to have the latest three reviews, tutorials and repository additions in the front page's right sidebar too? I'd make it easier to know at a glance if there's anything new.
I want YOU to read the wiki . And this one too . Also, SLADE3.

Both added.
I wasn't able to add the same header to the forum as it is on the frontpage (that's a bit tricky in Joomla) but at least the links are there.

The "Repository" link leads to the board index. I'm guessing that's not intended?
