If the weapon itself is fine, it just needs better pickup and it's fine. I'll also scale down a bit more projectile.

There was a very noticeable black box around the explosion sprites in software mode -- make sure you mark black as transparent on sprites like these. Even though it would logically follow that with additive translucency it shouldn't matter, the software renderer has a limitation that sometimes causes dark colors to actually darken the area behind them (it's a rounding thing that can't really be worked around since making additive translucency 'perfect' would cause serious slowdowns). That and it would show up as a nice white box if you pick up an invulnerability... :P

I also decreased the explosion's visual size (looked far too scaled up before) and duration, though I left the projectile size as-is since it seemed fine to me. Behaviorally, the weapon is the same. A fun one to use, at any rate. :P

I like Skulltag way more then Zdoom because of the high resolution that Zdoom hasnt.
Also can you render Zdoom with OpenGL?

There is GZDoom, witch has everything zdoom has, plus hires textures and 3d model support and more. It's much, much better then Skulltag.
