SFX now with ACS

Scripts with Decorate and vice versaOften demanded but everytime ignored, the SFX Shoppe's rules have finally changed and people are now allowed to submit effects that also take the advantage of ACS scripts. A more detailed list of all the rules can be found here by the way. So now, all the fancy things that incorporate script libraries and snippets can be submitted to the repository. However, don't go overboard with it. Make sure that the scripts are easy to use and well documented/commented so that also other mappers are able to use them without having to fiddle around too much. Not everyone of us is a programmer. And now, let the fancy code rage begin!
