Idea Base: The original Black Panther by IMX, along with the Shadow Warrior prototype sprites, decided to modify them into an entity that morphs into another after death so it looks less like a quick Hell Knight edit.
Description: A spirit entity that takes the shape of a black panther, which chases you until it finds its delicious meal. Make sure it dies in a blast, otherwise, it will revive and transform into its true form, known as the Stalker of Rodem, where it will be more pissed than before.

Interesting monster, I don't think we had a were beast before.
The leap attack stops in midair, is this intended?
The time it takes to transform into a Stalker should be reduced greatly, otherwise people are just going to ignore it. Also the regular death and xdeath should be more distinguishable, like adding an actual gibbing animation.

It wasn't intended, but since I couldn't find a fix for it, I'll leave it be.

Alright, I've updated the file adding the gibs edited from Dobermann gibs by Enjay and Fuzzballfox

Well, you can just remove A_Stop in the JumpDown state, which is completely unnecessary

Okay, quick update for the file. Removed the A_Stop on JumpDown state so it fixes things better now.

You should give the Black Panther a custom GibHealth of 8, so it's much easier to gib with the Rocket Launcher and BFG (and occasionally the Plasma Rifle and Berserk Fist).
The red fireball needs GLDEFS, and its death sprites need their vertical offsets to be raised 10 units.
Also your file needs to be a pk3 directory-style.
