I gotta admit, I'm definitely digging the new sprite. Previous railguns have been lacking in substance for visuals

Brutal Doom's Railgun was great but froze up my machine.

Those new sprites are definitely an improvement over the originals. Tesefy has done a great job updating them.

The muzzle flash is a little big, but it's easily removeable by anyone who downloads it.

I agree that the muzzle flash should be smaller. I tried using ones made by the same artist, if you want to use them:

I LOVE the new sprites! It gives so much depth and metallicness(?) to the gun! The old one looked like a cardboard cutout haha, never really liked it.

is there a way to send to .pk3 without sending it to .zip and renaming it?

If you're using Slade on Windows, you can choose pk3 in the Save As window. It's not very intuitive as you have to create the archive as a zip first.
