[UPDATE] Edited Strife Textures was created by Margaret Thatcher
Realized far too late that a bunch of stuff needed ANIMDEFS, so I decided to make some overhauls:
* New entries in ANIMDEFS (Force fields, pipe fan, and sewage bubbles)
* New thumbnail that better shows off the texture set's quality (I really need to go back and fix that Oracle texture)
* Deleted the TEXTURES lump (since nothing used patches) and added TX markers instead
* Made the needed changes to the INFO and CREDITS files

Edited: Hanging signs, sewage bubbles, and stair steps
