[Update] 40mm Grenade Launcher

Hiya, just a mostly minor update, has new sprites that are centered that fit a bit better, of course the original sprites are in. Also the secondary fire is a bit faster. And the primary fire grenades have a longer reaction time so it can possibly go further. Has been arranged into a pk3.
