It's not. It was taken down because it wasn't ready to be uploaded.

Well, considering the only "problem" was that the pack was not complete, should we keep the link to the existing document active until it gets updated? It doesn't look like the article is published, but since there's still a URL for it, I think we might as well keep the download working until it gets updated again.

I took it down by request from the author. So unless they say otherwise, it's staying like this, I'm afraid.
Edit: I edited my post in the submission thread to remove the link.

I am extremely sorry that I haven't gotten it finished yet, I literally just have the animation for the waterfall to finish up.
I've recreated the animations of the liquids, all by hand, added almost double the door varients, and have only barely avoided the urge to make a ton of custom varients.
I promise to get this out the door soon, I've been busy working on my new Vegas mods, and it's been draining all of my time, and I really need to get better at balancing all my work.

Pardons to the necro but it would be wise to bundle it with the existing variants. I realized I was missing some, which was unacceptable , then I found the others in your thread, squidly. Mayhaps keeping all the D64-themed stuff together in one location would be wise too, given the graphical style over Doom classic?
