I know only about Quarantine,where you can freeroam with your car and shoot everyone,but are there more games like that?

I dont think this is the place for that sort of question... but if your looking for "open world" games from before deus ex, then look up the elder scrolls arena and daggerfall... there from the era of wolf3d and doom.

Edit: Oh and if you want something like deus ex, look up System Shock (the first one)... thats well worth the play through.

I Elder Scrolls Arena and it lagged me in Dosbox.Intro has great graphics and the actual gameplay is slow.Can you recommend me settings?
