Problems with my new monster?

I have 2 new monsters made up already and I need some help with him. I already have the functions and his properties. I don't know how to make his voice, speech and how to word it?

I kinda need too show you guys 2 picture of what the monsters looks like first so you can tell me what kind of voice it needs.

If its OK can I post the 2 picture on here for now or is there a different area that I can post the images too?

It's better if you put the images on an image-hosting site, like imgur , and then link to them, here.

I need a l little help about the voice command to my 2 new characters and I'm just wounding how long does the speech has to be.

For example: the hellsmith his speech link is about I think 30sec long maybe? I don't know.

Does it matter how long the speech link is?
